Fact or fiction— women spend 31 years’ of their lives on a diet and obsessed with fitting in to the mold of what the world tells us “true beauty” looks like. Believe it or not, this is a FACT!

As many of you know, I lost over 100 lbs about 7 years’ ago. It was a big accomplishment for me— but in truth, I still struggled with did I feel “enough” in my new body. I was still influenced by so many factors and being at what I thought was my “perfect weight” did not instantly give me the confidence and self-acceptance that I was seeking.

In all honesty, I felt like I still used food and exercise in unhealthy ways at times and I hadn’t quite figured out how to be my healthiest self without using the scale to dictate whether I felt good today or not.

Enter BARE. I was instantly attracted to this program because the whole program focuses on self-love and how to embrace who we are as women, right here and right now instead of waiting for what many of us crave “the perfect body”.

About the BARE method

The BARE method is not a cleanse, a detox, or a diet.

It‘s a total lifestyle change built on a foundation of self-love and a progression of steps that show you how to move through your day —

And feel your feelings —
without “needing” the numbing, protective shield that overeating can provide.

You’ll decode your eating habits and figure out why you feel that urge to snack when
you’re not really hungry.

You’ll infuse your life with new experiences so that food is no longer your primary (or only) source of pleasure, excitement, or entertainment.

You’ll reconnect with your dreams, goals,
and desires and start leading the life you really want, now, instead of postponing your dreams until “someday later” when your body is “perfect.”

This method won’t just give you a smaller waistline—
it’s about creating a bigger, braver life.

personally trained by the originator of the BARE method herself.

BARE Program Options:

♦ BARE is offered several times throughout the year as a 6-week telecourse. Through this telecourse program, women are in small community together and the power of the group provides powerful learning and opportunities for shared insight and support. The class is supported by individual coaching sessions for each participant to explore their own development areas.
